I HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES. DO YOU MAKE ANYTHING WHEAT/DAIRY/NUT FREE?
Our Vegan Red Velvet Cupcake is dairy and egg free but we are not a dairy free kitchen.
DO YOU HAVE ANY GLUTEN-FREE ITEMS?
See our cupcake flavor menu as we do offer several gluten free cupcake flavors. Our French Macarons are also gluten free.
IF I HAVE A NUT ALLERGY, SHOULD I EAT AT BUTTERCUPS?
Buttercups is NOT a nut-free kitchen. Several of our flavors use peanuts or other nut products. We recommend that customers with severe nut allergies err on the side of caution and not eat our cupcakes.
DO YOU DO CUSTOM CUPCAKES?
Custom colors are available by pre-order. They must be ordered & paid for with 3 days notice. Minimum order one dozen.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY CUPCAKES AND TREATS?
The following is a list of product care information:
~ French Macarons: French macarons should be refrigerated in an airtight container, but eaten at room temperature. Bring them out for about 15 minutes so they can come to room temperature before serving. Macarons should be eaten within 3-4 days.
~ Cupcakes: Our cupcakes are baked fresh daily. All of our frostings are made with real butter or cream cheese. They need to be refrigerated if not eaten within 4 hours of purchase. Before serving, allow to set out at room temperature for about 15 minutes. Our frosting can start to melt if left in warm temperatures. We recommend eating our cupcakes within a day or two.
DOES BUTTERCUPS MAKE DONATIONS TO CHARITABLE EVENTS?
Yes, we donate to local events throughout the year. However, we can’t say yes to every request. Please email your donation request at least one month in advance to firstname.lastname@example.org.
HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
Look over our cupcake flavors listed on our “Flavor” page of the website to decide what you would like to order. Then, give us a call at the store to place your order 318-797-6696. We do not take orders via email.
